Preliminary inspection
Upon receiving an inquiry, our process commences with a comprehensive evaluation of the store. We meticulously scrutinize all aspects, encompassing elevators, door dimensions and placements. An area plan is crafted, and logistical intricacies that could impact our installation, and subsequently project costs, are examined. Should existing floor plans be absent, we engage in precise measurements of the space and, when necessary, cross-reference them with eventual pre-existing floor layouts to ensure precise evaluations.
Sustainability is important to us. We inspect and document the condition of current furnishings in order to identify eventual recyclable components. If desired, we’re also able to store current furnishings for future use. We take care of recycling if applicable, and make sure that it’s sorted and recycled in a correct manner.
Within the evaluation phase, we envision the integration of anti-theft mechanisms and strategize the positioning of lighting design and product spotlights. Our approach emphasizes both safety considerations alongside aesthetics, ensuring the establishment of a store environment that seamlessly blends convenience and functionality.
The preliminary inspection grants us a distinct perspective on the feasible options and serves as the bedrock, alongside pricing, for our blueprint service. Installation
When both preliminary inspection and our proposal are accepted, it’s time to move forward with installation work. We produce highly detailed 2D or 3D plans of the space where the custom made furniture, light design and flows are precisely drawn. These plans contain exact measurements which may be shared with the client’s supplier for production purposes.
When the furniture has been produced, it’s shipped to one of our warehouse locations within Sweden, Norway or other strategic European locations. When we’re notified of a delivery, we re-pack the furnishings at our warehouse. Later on, the furnishings are distributed through our own or third party trucks in order to guarantee a just on time-delivery. While this process have taken place, our project managers have applied for all necessary permits, such as a building permit or unpacking permit for walking streets, or provided the owner of the building with relevant material for other types of permits.
The project manager is responsible for organizing logistics in order for the installation work with i.e. furnishings, doors, windows, lights and alarms, to begin on delivery day.
Simultaneously, the project manager assures that all involved stakeholders are kept in the loop for the project. We prioritize communication and keeps an open dialogue to guarantee that all are informed and that our work keeps on at all times.
Final inspection
When we’ve completed installation, it’s time for the important, finishing phase – final inspection. This inspection is often made with the client on site. Collaboratively, we de-brief the whole project including schemes and documentation.
We highly value the fact that we’re able to guarantee that installation has been made meticulously and according to plan. We always document our work throughout the process, which enables us to present visual documentation in those cases where our client cannot be physically present during final inspection.
By running through every detail within the scope, we make sure that the project has been completed in line with order specifications. Eventual deviations are documented and may serve as foundation for eventual future claims or adjustments.

När både förbesiktningen och offerten har godkänts är det dags att fortsätta framåt och påbörja själva installationsarbetet. Vi tar fram detaljerade 2D- eller 3D-ritningar av lokalen där den specialdesignade inredningen, ljusdesignen och flödena är noggrant inritade. Dessa ritningar innehåller exakta mått som kan delas med kundens tillverkare för produktionen.
Efter att inredningen har tillverkats skickas den omonterad till ett av våra lager i Sverige, Norge eller andra delar av Europa. När vi får avisering om inkommande leverans lossar vi och packar om inredningen på vårt lager. Den distribueras sedan på våra egna eller externa lastbilar för leverans till rätt destination vid rätt tidpunkt. Våra erfarna montörer tar emot och packar upp inredningen på plats när installationen ska påbörjas. Under tiden har vår projektledare ansökt om och hanterat alla nödvändiga tillstånd, såsom bygglov eller tillstånd för lossning på gågator, eller försett fastighetsägaren med relevant underlag för ansökningar om denne avser göra det i egen regi.
Projektledaren ansvarar för att organisera logistiken så att arbetet med installationen av butiksinredningen, inklusive fönster och fönsterdekorationer, ljuslådor, belysning och larminstallation, kan börja på den angivna leveransdagen.
Samtidigt ser projektledaren till att alla berörda parter hålls uppdaterade om den aktuella statusen för projektet. Vi prioriterar kommunikation och håller en öppen dialog för att säkerställa att alla är informerade och att arbetet flyter smidigt framåt.
När vi har slutfört installationen återstår den avslutande och viktiga fasen, nämligen slutbesiktningen. Denna besiktning genomförs vanligtvis tillsammans med kunden på plats. Tillsammans går vi igenom scheman och dokument som styr uppdraget samt alla relevanta förutsättningar för arbetet.
Vi värdesätter högt att kunna garantera att arbetet är utfört noggrant och enligt överenskommen plan. Vi dokumenterar alltid vårt arbete genom bilder under hela processen, vilket ger oss möjligheten att presentera visuell dokumentation om uppdragsgivaren inte kan vara fysiskt närvarande vid slutbesiktningen.
Genom att gå igenom varje detalj och punkt i arbetet ser vi till att allt är enligt beställningen. Eventuella avvikelser eller avvikande omständigheter dokumenteras och kan utgöra underlag för eventuella reklamationer eller justeringar.
